Citroen C5 Aircross (2017- 2024) - Owner's Manual

Roof bars

~2min read

For safety reasons, and to avoid damaging the roof, it is essential to use cross roof bars approved for the vehicle.

Follow the fitting instructions and conditions of use given in the leaflet supplied with the roof bars.

Maximum load distributed across the cross roof bars, for a load height not exceeding 40 cm (except bike carriers): 75 kg.

As this value may change, check the maximum load stated in the leaflet supplied with the roof bars.

If the height exceeds 40 cm, adapt the vehicle's speed to the road profile, so as not to damage the roof bars or their fixings on the vehicle.

Refer to national legislation to comply with the regulations for transporting items longer than the vehicle.
