Caution: Coil springs are divided into 2 classes, which can be identified by a yellow or green paint mark on one of the middle coils. Only use coil springs of the same classification. Removal

  • Remove the shock absorber.

  • Lower the control arm until the coil spring is fully relieved and can be removed.

Installation
Schraubenfeder hinten aus-und einbauen

  • Install the coil spring - 3 - with spring seats - 1 / 5 - and rubber buffers - 2 / 4.

  • Slowly raise the control arm - 6 - with a floor jack, making sure the spring seats and spring ends are correctly located in their seats.

  • Install the shock absorber.
