In this manual: Automatic transmission
~1min read
PROCEDURE

1. Correctly insert the adapter from the back of the instrument cluster and secure the new speedometer cable.
2. Install the O-ring so that the connected part of the cable is positioned horizontally relative to the vehicle.

The cable must be routed so that the bend radius of the cable is at least 150 mm.
3. Insert the speedometer cable into the transmission and secure it firmly with the connecting nut.

If the cable is incorrectly routed and not securely connected, the speedometer reading may be inaccurate, and abnormal noise may occur when the cable rotates.
