The fuel filler door must be opened from inside the vehicle by pulling up the door handle located at the front of the floor next to the driver's seat.

NOTICE If the fuel filler door cannot be opened because of ice formed around it, tap lightly on or press the door to break the ice and release it.

Do not pry the door open. If necessary, spray the area around the door with an approved de-icer (do not use engine coolant antifreeze), or drive the vehicle to a warm place and let the ice melt.

  1. Switch off the engine.
  2. To open the fuel filler door, pull up the fuel filler door handle.
  3. Open the fuel filler door (1).
  4. To remove the fuel cap, turn the fuel cap (2) counterclockwise.
  5. Refuel as required.
