Located in the right side of the engine compartment in a special recess with a protective cover. The cover is secured by clips.

Battery electrolyte level check procedure

Under normal operating conditions, the battery does not require maintenance. At high ambient temperatures, it is recommended to check the electrolyte level only at specified intervals. The level must be between the "MAX" and "MIN" marks.

Operation in Winter Conditions

In winter, the load on the battery increases. Moreover, low temperatures reduce its starting power. Therefore, it is advisable to have its condition checked at a service station before winter sets in, recharge it if necessary, clean the terminals and apply protective grease to them. Remember, a timely charged battery extends its service life.

If the vehicle is not used for a long time during severe frost, remove the battery and store it in a heated room to prevent it from freezing. Store out of reach of children.

To remove the battery, first disconnect the cables, then remove the retaining bracket with the tie-downs.
