The thick hose between the air flow sensor and the throttle valve housing must be removed, at least partially, for various fuel injection repair work:

PROCEDURE

Loosen the clamps on the air flow sensor and the throttle valve housing.

Loosen the clamps of the remaining air ducting hoses on the air intake hose, such as the hose to the idle speed control valve, the air duct to the injectors, etc.

Remove the air ducting hoses.

Remove the fuel evaporation valve.

Remove the air intake hose.

During installation, insert the screen above the air flow sensor with the bulge facing up. Observe the marking "oben" (top).
