Left: removing the air intake hose. Arrows indicate parts that must be removed or unscrewed.


Right: the throttle cable (3) is secured to the throttle lever (5) by two retaining brackets (1 and 2). The throttle cable is adjusted using the adjusting sleeve of the cable end (4).

PROCEDURE

Remove the air intake hose.

Disconnect the throttle cable and remove it from the cable bracket.

Disconnect the throttle valve angle sensor connector.

Remove the air ducting hoses.

Loosen the inner flange bolts and remove the intake manifold.

During installation, always use new flange gaskets.

Tighten the flange bolts in two stages to a final torque of 20 N·m.
