The blower motor is located in the front passenger footwell, below the glove box.

Removal

  • Disconnect the battery negative (-) cable. Warning: this erases electronic memories, such as engine operating values. Observe the notes in the chapter "Remove and install battery".

Gebläsemotor aus- und einbauen

  • Unscrew Phillips screw -1-.

  • Turn blower motor -2- to the right and remove it.

  • Disconnect multi-plug -3-.

Installation

  • Connect multi-plug.

  • Insert blower motor so that the plastic lugs engage the recesses on the heater housing.

  • Turn blower motor to the left up to the stop -4-.

  • Screw in Phillips screw.

  • Connect the battery negative cable (-).

  • Set the clock.

  • Enter the radio anti-theft code.
