All head restraints can be adjusted for height. Adjust the head restraint position using both hands at the same time. Do not adjust the head restraint positions while the vehicle is moving. To raise a head restraint, simply pull it up. To lower a head restraint, press the release button on the side, as shown in the illustration, and lower the head restraint to the desired position.
