PROCEDURE

1. Омметром проверьте проводимость между коллектором и ротором. При наличии проводимости

1. Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between the commutator and the rotor core. If there is continuity, replace the rotor.

If there is a short circuit, replace the rotor. If the steel strip held over the rotor vibrates, the rotor coil has a short circuit.
