Vehicle Loading
Never load cargo and passengers in excess of the GVWR (MLV) and GAWR limits for your vehicle.
You can find the GVWR (MLV) and GAWR - the maximum load capacity - on the VIN plate.
GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) or MLV (Maximum Loaded Vehicle weight) is the total weight of the vehicle, all passengers, fuel, and cargo.
GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) is the maximum weight that the front and rear axles can carry, including the weight of the vehicle itself.
Improper vehicle loading can seriously affect braking performance, which may lead to an accident and serious injury or death.
Your warranty does not cover parts or components that fail due to overloading.
