Refueling (Van, Wagon)

Use fuel suitable for your vehicle's engine.

Fuel with an extremely low octane rating may cause engine knock and engine damage. Use fuel with the octane rating best suited to your vehicle.

CAUTION:

Always stop the engine before refueling and keep sparks or open flames away from the filling area.

If the fuel filler cap needs to be replaced, use genuine Hyundai parts for replacement.

If you open the fuel filler cap when the ambient temperature is high, you may hear a faint sound of escaping air. This is normal and is not a cause for concern.

When opening the fuel filler cap, unscrew it slowly.
