Power Front Seats Warning
Never attempt to adjust the seat while driving. This may cause loss of control and an accident, resulting in death, serious injury, or property damage.
Forward and Backward Seat Adjustment

Forward and Backward Seat Adjustment
To move the seat forward or backward, pull up the release lever. This frees the seat on its track so you can slide it forward or backward to the desired position. When the desired position is reached, release the lever and move the seat forward or backward on the track until it locks in the desired position.
Seatback Angle Adjustment

Seatback Angle Adjustment
To recline the seatback, lean forward to reduce your weight, then pull the recline lever at the outer edge of the seat. Now lean back to the desired seatback angle. To lock the seatback in this position, release the recline lever.
To minimize the risk of injury in a collision or sudden stop, the driver's and passenger's seatbacks should always be in the upright position while driving. The protection provided by the seat belts and airbags can be significantly reduced when the seatbacks are reclined. There is a risk that the driver and passenger may slide under the belt, which could result in serious injury if an accident occurs with the seatbacks reclined.
The seat belt cannot provide full protection for the passenger if the seatback is reclined.
