Auto stop

Used to stop the engine in idle stop mode.

  1. Reduce the vehicle speed below 5 km/h.
  2. Shift the gear selector to N (Neutral).
  3. Release the clutch pedal.

The engine will stop and the green AUTO STOP indicator () in the
instrument cluster will illuminate.

If the vehicle is equipped with a supervision cluster, a message will appear on the LCD.

Auto stop

NOTE

  • You must reach a speed of at least 10 km/h since the last idle stop.
  • If the driver's seat belt is unfastened or the driver's door (or hood) is opened in Auto Stop mode, the ISG OFF indicator will illuminate and the system will be deactivated. If the vehicle is equipped with a supervision cluster, a message will appear on the LCD.

Turn the ignition key to START to start the engine manually.
