To open the sunroof in the tilt position, push the sunroof control lever upward and hold it until the sunroof reaches the desired position.

To close the sunroof from the tilt position, push the sunroof control lever forward and pull it downward until the sunroof reaches the desired position.

WARNING - Sunroof
  • Take care that a head, hand, or body is not trapped while the sunroof is closing.
  • While driving, do not stick your head, neck, arms, or body out through the sunroof opening.
  • Before closing the sunroof, make sure no hand or head is in its opening.
CAUTION
  • Periodically remove any dirt that may accumulate in the guide rails.
  • If you try to open the sunroof when the temperature drops below freezing, or when the sunroof is covered with snow or ice, the motor may be damaged.
  • The sunroof is designed to move together with the sunshade. Do not leave the sunshade closed when the sunroof is open.
  • When the sunroof is used for a long time, dust between the sunroof glass and the vehicle roof panel may cause noise. Open the sunroof and regularly remove dust with a clean cloth.
