* These models are equipped with an airbag, which may deploy (inflate) when connected to the battery. Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait at least two minutes before starting work on the airbag.

* If your vehicle's stereo has an anti-theft code system, make sure you know the radio activation code before disconnecting the battery.

Removal and installation

PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel bezel.

3. Remove the mounting screws and pull the instrument panel forward.

4. Disconnect the connectors and remove the instrument panel.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
