ON-BOARD COMPUTER

The on-board computer is integrated into the instrument cluster. The function selector is located on the switch panel.

With the ignition switched on, press the lower edge of the switch repeatedly (see the arrow direction in the figure on the right) to scroll through the data areas on the display. Press the upper edge to change the order of the functions in reverse sequence.

The selected function (data area) is indicated by a triangular arrow next to the corresponding symbol above and below the display screen.

In the center of the function selector is a button labeled 'reset'.

Press this button (for no more than 2 seconds) to erase the stored information on fuel consumed, travel time, average fuel consumption and average speed from memory. A short press of this button also cancels the computer's warning signals for departure time and fuel reserve.

When the ignition is switched on, the display shows the data area that was selected before the ignition was switched off.

When the battery is disconnected, all data in memory is automatically erased.

Computer data base: the on-board computer provides 6 data areas with the following information:

- instantaneous fuel consumption - driving range - quantity of fuel consumed - travel time (maximum 23 h 59 min) - average fuel consumption - average speed

Instantaneous Fuel Consumption

Displays the fuel consumption at the current moment. Calculated in litres per 100 km.

The calculation is performed every 30 metres. When the vehicle is stopped, the last information remains on the display.

When driving resumes, new values are displayed after the first 30 metres have been covered.

When the accelerator pedal is pressed with the vehicle stationary, the computer displays the maximum instantaneous fuel consumption values.

Driving Range

The driving range is calculated every 10 km travelled. The number of kilometres that can still be driven in the selected driving mode is displayed.

The calculation is based on fuel consumption data for the last 30 km.

With a more economical driving style, the driving range will increase.
