Power windows
Manual Operation: The windows are opened and closed manually with the window regulator handles located in the door trim panels.
Power Operation: * With the ignition switched on, the windows can be opened and closed using the power window motors.
The power window switches are located in the armrest of the driver's door.
In addition, auxiliary switches are located on the armrest of the front passenger door and on the rear side door handles.
The power windows also operate with the ignition switched off, regardless of whether the doors are closed or open. They are disabled only after the driver's door is opened and closed again.

Driver's Side Automatic Window Control: Press the switch to raise or lower the driver's window. Briefly press the switch in the opposite direction to stop the window's upward or downward movement. The automatic function works only with the engine running. If the engine is switched off, the power window will operate until the switch is locked out. A safety switch (arrow) is located in the driver's door armrest between the window switches. If necessary, it can be used to lock out the rear side window regulators and to disable the cigarette lighter on the center console between the seats.

The rear side window regulators can be operated and controlled by their individual switches on the side door handles only when the safety switch is pressed.
Be attentive and careful when the power windows are in automatic mode. Uncontrolled operation of the automatic function may cause injury. Never leave the key in the ignition lock when leaving the vehicle.
