PROCEDURE

Rinse the crystals on the battery terminals with warm water and baking soda, or treat them with Leutralol from Varta.

Lubricate the battery posts and cable terminals with acid-resistant grease (Ft 40v1 from Bosch).

Do not apply grease to the side surfaces of the posts or the inner surfaces of the terminals, otherwise contact problems may occur.
