Replace the batteries if the red indicator lamp on the key remote does not light up or only lights up briefly when a button is pressed. The battery service life is approx. 2 years.

  • Pry the key handle apart at the recess with a narrow flat-blade screwdriver.

  • Replace the battery with a new one of the same type (type CR 2016), observing the "+/-" orientation. Insert the battery in the same position as the removed one.

  • Press the cover on until it audibly clicks into place.
