DTC P0710: Transaxle Fluid Temperature Sensor and Its Circuit Possible Cause
If the transaxle fluid temperature sensor output voltage is 2.6 V or higher 10 minutes after the vehicle starts moving (i.e., ATF temperature does not increase), it is considered that an open circuit has occurred in the transaxle fluid temperature sensor circuit and DTC P0710 is stored in the ECU memory.

If the transaxle fluid temperature sensor signal corresponds to 200°C or higher for 1 second or longer, it is considered that an open circuit has occurred in the transaxle fluid temperature sensor circuit and DTC P0710 is stored in the ECU memory.
