CAUTIONOn some engine types, the idle speed may be noticeably higher than normal during a cold start. This brings the emission control system up to normal operating temperature as quickly as possible, which reduces exhaust emissions and protects the environment.

To start the engine without the key, follow steps 2-3.
CAUTIONTo start the engine, one of the remote keys with Keyless Drive* function must be inside the passenger compartment or the luggage compartment.
