Replace the pressure plate of the second gear brake with the special service tool, then install the brake disc (with lining) and brake plate (without lining) as shown in the illustration. Install the return spring, second brake piston, and snap ring.

Specification: 0.79 – 1.25 mm. If the end play is not within specification, adjust it by selecting a new pressure plate with a thickness within the specified range.
