Outside Air Temperature Display Adjustment

If the displayed outside air temperature is consistently off by a few degrees (that is,

always a few degrees higher or lower than the actual temperature), adjust the temperature value as described in the following section.

When "ADJUST OUTSIDE TEMP. DISPLAY" (ADJ) appears on the display, press the SEL/RESET button. The display will change to the setting mode.

The highlighted number on the display is the current temperature correction value.

To change this value, first press the INFO button repeatedly to select the "+" or "–" symbol, then press the SEL/RESET button to change the setting value. Possible correction values:

0, +1, +2, +3, –1, –2, –3. To store the correction in memory, first press the INFO button to select SET, then press the SEL/RESET button.

After the procedure is successfully completed, the message "SETUP +0 °C" will be displayed for a few seconds, and then the display will return to the CHG SETTING screen. Press the SEL/RESET button, and then press the INFO button to move to the mode for changing other settings.

If you do not confirm the setting you selected, "INCOMPLETE" will appear on the display for a few seconds. The display will return to the setting mode. In this case, repeat the setting procedure.

To exit the setting mode without changing settings, select EXIT by pressing the INFO button, and then press the SEL/RESET button. The display will return to normal operation.
