PROCEDURE

1. Press the LMU button repeatedly until the selected band indicator L, M, or U appears on the display. You can preset up to six stations in each selected band (on each preset button). When presetting a station, check the bands in which the desired station is already stored.

2. Tune to the desired station (refer to subsection 1.5.2).

3. Press and hold one of the station preset buttons until a beep sounds. The station will then be recalled automatically when this button is pressed; the button number will appear on the display. To store a new station, repeat the procedure described above. Preset station settings are erased when power is disconnected (battery disconnected, fuse blown, etc.).
