Brake discs must always be replaced on both sides at the same time. Replacing only one side will result in uneven braking.


PROCEDURE

Disconnect the disc brake caliper and secure it to the body with wire; the hoses remain connected.

Remove the Phillips-head screw (next to the wheel bolt hole).

Treat the screw with rust remover or use an impact screwdriver.

The brake disc can now be removed from the wheel hub by hand.

If it is rusted on, tap it with sharp blows of a hammer, but only if this disc is to be replaced in any case.

Before installing the new brake disc, clean the mating surface on the wheel hub.
