Depress the brake pedal fully and quickly release it.

The brake force regulator lever must move during this.


Brake Force Regulator on All-Wheel Drive Models
On all-wheel drive Audi 80 models, the brake force regulator is located at the front, near the ABS unit in the engine compartment. It is of simpler design. It prevents the rear wheels from locking by not allowing rear axle brake pressure to enter the critical range at all.
