Headlight Beam Range Adjustment Motor Removal and Installation

1. Remove the headlight. Refer to Headlight Removal and Installation.
2. Remove the lens. Carefully pry out the five plastic clips (arrows in the illustration).

3. Carefully pry the clip between the turn signal and the headlight with a screwdriver, see view (A) in the illustration.

4. Remove the headlight reflector gaskets.

5. Disengage the headlight unit from the three ball studs (two for manual headlight leveling (1) and one for beam range adjustment (2)) and remove the unit.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector.
7. Remove the mounting screws (3) of the adjustment motor and remove it.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the beam range adjustment motor and secure it with the screws.
2. Connect the electrical connector.
3. Install the headlight unit onto the three ball studs.
4. Install the gaskets.
5. Insert the headlight into the lens and secure it.
6. Adjust the headlight. Refer to Headlight Adjustment.
