Washer Pump Inspection and Replacement

Washer Reservoir
1 — filler neck cap
2 — strainer
3 — supply channel
4 — reservoir bushing
5 — plastic nut
6 — reservoir
7 — pump
8 — seal
9 — level sensor
10 — valve
11 — rubber bushing
12 — plastic nut
13 — bushing
14 — level sensor

* Inspect the washer motor, refer to Motor Inspection section.

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the plug connector.
2. Drain the fluid from the washer reservoir.
3. Remove the pump from the reservoir.
4. Disconnect the hose.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the hose onto the new pump.
2. Install the new pump.
3. Connect the plug connector.
4. Check the pump operation.
