CRUISE CONTROL*

The cruise control system maintains a constant vehicle speed above 40 km/h without pressing the accelerator pedal.

This greatly reduces driver fatigue on long trips. Cruise control does not operate below 40 km/h.

Pressing the brake pedal or the clutch pedal (on vehicles with a manual transmission) cancels cruise control.

Using cruise control may be dangerous where it is not possible to drive safely at a constant speed. Therefore, do not use cruise control on winding roads or in heavy traffic.

Using cruise control may be dangerous on slippery roads. On such roads, rapid changes in tire traction may cause excessive wheel spin, which can result in loss of vehicle control. Do not use cruise control on slippery roads.
