SSPS MALFUNCTION INDICATOR*

The Speed Sensitive Power Steering (SSPS) malfunction indicator illuminates when the ignition is switched on.

The warning light should go out after approximately 3 seconds.

Have the vehicle repaired by an authorized Chevrolet dealer if the SSPS malfunction indicator behaves as follows:

• Does not illuminate when the ignition is switched on.
• Does not go out.
• Illuminates while driving.
