Remote Central Locking - Battery Replacement
If the LED on the remote transmitter does not light when a button is pressed, the transmitter can still be used for some time. However, this indicates that the battery needs to be replaced.
Use a CR1616 battery (or equivalent) for replacement.

1. Remove the screw from the back cover of the transmitter.
2. Open the transmitter cover.
3. Remove the transmitter unit from the cover and open the unit cover.
4. Remove the used battery.
Do not allow the circuit board to contact other components.
5. Install a new battery.
When installing, the positive side (+) of the battery must face up.
6. Close the unit cover and insert the transmitter unit into the cover.
7. Close the transmitter cover and tighten the screw.
8. Check the operation of the remote transmitter on the vehicle.
Do not touch the flat surfaces of the battery with bare hands. This may shorten battery service life.
Used lithium batteries can harm the environment.
• Observe local waste disposal regulations.
• Do not dispose of used batteries with household waste.
