TEMPERATURE GAUGE

With the ignition on, shows the engine coolant temperature. The gauge is provided for general information about the temperature condition and cannot be used as a precise instrument.

Do not continue driving if the engine coolant temperature gauge needle has entered the red zone.

This indicates that the engine is overheating.

Driving with an overheated engine may damage your vehicle, and the subsequent repair is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. See "OVERHEATING" in the alphabetical index.
