  • Unscrew the dust cap.

Reifenventil prufen

  • Apply a little saliva to the valve.

    If a bubble forms, tighten valve insert -3- with the protective cap -2- turned upside down.

Warning: only a metal protective cap -2- may be used to tighten the valve insert. Metal protective caps are available at filling stations.

1 - rubber protective cap, 4 - valve.

  • Check the valve again. If bubbles form again or the valve cannot be tightened further, replace the valve insert or the complete valve (workshop job).

  • Always screw the protective cap back on.
