Electric Window Regulator Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Remove the window glass.
2. Disconnect the window regulator connector.
3. Remove the guide (1).
4. Mark the position of the bolts (arrows). To do this, outline the bolt heads with a marker.
5. Loosen the three lower bolts (arrows).
6. Remove the three bolts (arrows).

7. Remove the window regulator assembly (1).

INSTALLATION

1. Insert the window regulator into the mounting bracket and install all bolts without tightening them.
2. Tighten bolts (1) and (2) to a torque of 10 N·m.

3. Insert the glass into the clamping shoes of the window regulator (arrows in the accompanying illustration) and adjust the glass position.

4. Lower the window regulator fully.
5. Tighten bolts (3) and (4) to a torque of 10 N·m.

6. Close the glass fully.
7. Tighten bolts (5) and (6) to a torque of 10 N·m.

8. Install the guide.
9. Install the door trim panel.
