Mirror Adjustment - Outside Electric Rearview Mirrors

OUTSIDE ELECTRIC REARVIEW MIRRORS*

Use the adjustment switch on the driver's door trim to adjust the outside rearview mirrors up and down and left and right. Mirror adjustment is performed with the ignition on.

1. Select the mirror to adjust by setting the switch knob to “L” for the left mirror or “R” for the right mirror.

2. Adjust the selected mirror up and down and left and right by pressing the corresponding sides of the adjustment panel.

• Always keep the mirrors properly adjusted and use them while driving to view surrounding objects and vehicles.

Misjudging the distance between your vehicle and other objects may lead to a traffic accident, damage to your vehicle or other property, and injury.

Improper care may damage the mirrors.

• Do not try to scrape ice off the mirror surface.
• If ice or other material prevents the mirror from moving, do not force the adjustment.
• To remove ice, treat the surface with a de-icing agent or a stream of warm air.

Damaged mirrors reduce visibility and increase the risk of a collision.
