While loosening the timing gear bolt, hold the camshaft from

turning..

3. Unscrew the bolt, remove the washer and the timing gear from the camshaft..

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Install the timing gear onto the camshaft, aligning it with the mark. Install the washer and screw in the

bolt. Tighten the timing gear bolt to 45 N·m.
