Audio System (Vehicles Without GPS) - Sound Adjustment

~1min read

To select BASS, TREBLE, FADER, BALANCE, SUBWOOFER or SVC (speed-dependent volume), press the SOUND (TUNE) knob repeatedly.

BASS – Low-frequency tone.

TREBLE – High-frequency tone.

FADER – Volume balance between front and rear speakers.

BALANCE – Volume balance between right and left speakers.

SVC – Adjusts the volume level depending on vehicle speed.

The adjustment settings are displayed in turn. Turn the volume knob to select the desired setting. When the tone is set to the middle position, the "C" symbol is displayed.

5 seconds after the adjustment is completed, the system automatically returns to normal audio display operation.

Speed-Dependent Volume Control (SVC System)

This audio system includes the SVC (Speed Volume Compensation) subsystem, which adjusts the volume level depending on vehicle speed. There are four compensation levels: LOW, MID, HIGH and OFF (no compensation).

The system monitors vehicle speed and adjusts the volume as speed increases. As vehicle speed increases, the audio system volume increases. As vehicle speed decreases, the audio system volume decreases.

If the battery is discharged or disconnected, the system sets the volume compensation level to MID by default.
