Audio System (Vehicles Equipped with GPS) - Operating the Optional CD Changer

A CD changer with a 6-disc magazine is available as optional equipment from your dealer. The onboard audio system controls are used to operate this CD changer.

You cannot use the audio system control buttons located on the navigation system control panel. Audio system settings will only be shown on the side display.

Since text data cannot be displayed on the side display, you will only see the disc and track (or file) numbers.

Following the manufacturer's instructions for the device, load the CDs into the magazine, then insert the magazine into the CD changer.

To play CDs using the CD changer, press the CD/AUX button.

The disc number and track (or file) number will appear on the display. To select another disc, use preset buttons 1 (DISC −) or 2 (DISC +). To go to the previous disc, use preset button 1 (DISC −). To go to the next disc, use preset button 2 (DISC +).

If the magazine is not fully loaded with CDs, the empty slot will be skipped and the system will move to the next slot.
