CD Care and Handling

General Information

When recording your own CD-R and CD-RW discs, use only high-quality blank discs intended for music recording.

After recording is complete, CD-R and CD-RW discs must be finalized (closed).

Use only standard round compact discs. Discs of other shapes may damage the CD player.

To prevent damage to compact discs, handle them with care.

WARNING

Do not use discs with labels attached. The label may peel off and jam in the player mechanism.
