To turn on, press the cigarette lighter button. When it is sufficiently heated, the button pops out automatically.
With the engine off, the ignition key must be in the ACC position.
Do not hold the cigarette lighter in the depressed position.
Fully extinguish cigarettes to prevent ignition of the next cigarette butt. After use, push the ashtray back in until it stops. To remove the ashtray, press the spring latch and pull out the container. When replacing, install only a Toyota cigarette lighter or an equivalent.
