Selecting 5th or 6th gear

► Move the gear lever fully to the right to fully engage 5th or 6th gear.

Failure to observe this instruction may permanently damage the gearbox (inadvertent engagement of 3rd or 4th gear).

Engaging reverse

Conduite

► Lift the catch under the gear knob and move the gear lever to the left, then forward.

Engage reverse only, with the vehicle stationary and the engine at idle.

For safety and to make it easier to start the engine, always select neutral and press the clutch pedal.
