The vehicles covered by this Manual are equipped with a Supplemental Restraint System (SRS). Before performing any work near the airbag module, steering column or instrument panel, disconnect the SRS to avoid injury from accidental deployment (refer to Airbags - General Information). SRS wiring can be easily identified by its yellow insulation.
PROCEDURE

1. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the bulb holder assemblies with the bulbs installed (refer to Headlamp Bulb Replacement).
2. Remove the front bumper cover (refer to Body section).
3. Remove the fasteners and remove the headlamp unit assembly from the vehicle.

4. Installation is performed in the reverse order. After completing the procedure, be sure to adjust the headlamp aim (refer to Headlamp Aiming Adjustment).
