PROCEDURE

1. The filter element is located inside the housing on the left side of the engine compartment.

2. To replace the air filter, release the four spring clips securing the filter housing cover to the housing.

3. Поднимите крышку, после чего достаньте фильтрующий элемент.

3. Lift the cover, then remove the filter element.
4. Inspect the outer surface of the element. If heavily contaminated, replace the filter. If the element is partially contaminated, blow it out with compressed air, directing the airflow from the inside of the element outward. The filter element is made of corrugated paper, so it must not be washed. If the filter cannot be cleaned by blowing, replace it. Do not allow foreign objects to fall into the filter housing while the cover is open.
5. Wipe the inside of the filter housing clean.
6. Install a new filter element into the housing, making sure it is installed correctly.
7. Install the filter housing cover in the reverse order of removal.
