PROCEDURE.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Lower instrument panel trim..

3. Remove 5 screws and remove the upper and lower steering column covers, which enclose the turn signal and wiper switches..

4. Ignition lock..

4a. Insert the key into the ignition lock and turn it to position II..

4b. Press down on the retaining spring..

5. Ignition lock. Disconnect the wiring and remove the lock retaining screw. Install or connect..

PROCEDURE.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Ignition lock. Connect the wiring and install the lock retaining screw.

3. Ignition lock cylinder..

4. Upper and lower steering column covers..

5. Lower instrument panel trim.
