Warning Lamp Unit 1 – housing; 2 – panel with bulb holders; 3 – connector; 4 – latch

The warning lamp unit is installed on the instrument cluster trim between the switches. PROCEDURE 1. To remove the unit, remove the rear window defogger switch and the hazard warning switch without disconnecting their wiring.

2. Then, through the openings where the switches were installed, press latches 4 to release them, and remove the lamp unit from the instrument panel. 3. Disconnect connector 3 from the lamp unit.

4. Remove panel 2 with the warning lamp bulb holders from housing 1 of the unit.

5. Install the warning lamp unit in the reverse order of removal.
