The headlight levelling device adjusts the aiming angle of the headlight beam according to the number of passengers and the load carried by the vehicle.

The higher the number of the headlight levelling switch position, the lower the headlight beam will be directed. Always use the headlight levelling switch to adjust the distance illuminated by the headlights (when the low beam is on) so that other road users are not dazzled, day or night.

Levelling Device Positions

0 – Driver only or driver and front passenger.
0 – Driver or driver and front passenger.
1 – Driver and all passengers.
2 – Driver, all passengers and fully loaded luggage compartment (or towing a partially loaded trailer).
3 – Driver and fully loaded luggage compartment (or towing a trailer at maximum load).
