The front seat belt anchor height can be adjusted in one of 4 positions.

Location of the Lock Button and Adjustment Direction for the Upper Belt Anchor Height

When adjusting the belt anchor, set it at a height that ensures the belt sits snugly across your shoulder and, at the same time, that the belt does NOT TOUCH your neck.

To adjust the belt anchor height, press the seat belt anchor height lock button and move the anchor up or down to the desired position, which provides a snug belt fit across your shoulder. To lock the anchor in place, release the lock button.

After releasing the lock button, try to move the seat belt anchor up or down to make sure the anchor is securely locked in position.

The seat belt anchor must be locked in position while the vehicle is in motion.

Incorrect seat belt height adjustment may reduce the effectiveness of the seat belt in the event of a traffic accident.
