PROCEDURE

1. Remove the wiper arms (refer to the Electrical Systems Section).

2. Release the three clips and remove the cowl panel from the vehicle. The rubber seal may be left attached to the cowl cover.

3. Installation is the reverse of removal. If necessary, remove the old seal and install a new one, fully seating it in the mounting holes of the cover.
