Washer fluid will be sprayed onto the windshield when the wiper/washer lever is pulled toward the steering wheel. If the vehicle is equipped with intermittent wipers, when the windshield washer is activated, the wipers will automatically make two sweeps after the wiper/washer switch is released.

If the vehicle is not equipped with intermittent wipers, when the windshield washer is activated, only washer fluid will be sprayed while the wiper/washer switch is held.

Do not operate the washer for more than 15 seconds or when there is no fluid in the washer reservoir.

In cold weather, before using the wipers, make sure the wiper blades are not frozen to the glass.

In areas where water freezes in winter, use freeze-resistant washer fluid to clean the windshield.
